Come and enjoy a "Customized Massage".  Take some time to meet your therapist and determine your personal needs from a massage. You may desire an over-all relaxing treatment, or you may choose Deep Tissue or Sports Massage techniques. Often, we incorporate Thai Massage Techniques and other modalities to facilitate overall muscle stretching and restoration.

Rather than charging different prices for each modality, we offer a customized massage which may be a combination of all techniques to best restore your body and achieve your overall goal for health and wellness.  This pricing structure allows us to be very intentional and use methods that best suit your bodies needs while saving you money.

60 Minute Treatment - $85

90 Minute Treatment - $110

120 Minute Treatment - $150

CANCELLATION POLICY:    With all of our services, we require 24 hour cancellation notice.  If you cancel within that time, your membership  massage will be counted as used for the month.  If you are not a member, payment for missed service will be required prior to your next appointment

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE:  This massage method is focused on health benefits and medical issues such as chronic pain and injury specific treatments.  With this type of massage both the client and the practitioner have a shared goal of achieving structural changes within the body.  With your permission, we will often be in contact with your medical professional  (such as physical therapist and chiropractor) to get directives from them to aid in your rehabilitation and healing process.  T

SWEDISH MASSAGE:  is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage.  As the best-known type of body work performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body.  This is a relaxing, long stroke massage that is beneficial in releasing tension, increasing circulation, and decreasing overall stress.

DEEP TISSUE:  Works by manipulating the muscles underlying the connective tissue - called fascia - to losten up areas that have stuck together to form "knots" and increase overall flexibility.  This technique increases circulation to targeted areas, stretches tissue and releases toxins that were trapped in adhesions.  While Deep Tissue Massage may be a bit uncomfortable at times, it should never actually hurt.  It can be used to relieve pain associated with muscle strain, sports injuries, whiplash, osteoarthritis and other debilitating conditions.  The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.

SPORTS MASSAGE:  Was originally developed to help athletes prepare their bodies for upcoming events or training to achieve optimal performance. This modality typically emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons in the body.  However, Sports Massage is also helpful for anyone with chronic pain, injury or range of motion issues.  Sports Massage is commonly used for pre and post event massage to stimulate and relax the muscles on the day of training as well as restorative massage to help the muscles recover and rejuvenate in the days following training or an event.

THAI MASSAGE:  Most commonly, Thai Massage is performed on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed in workout/yoga type clothing.  However, at Rejuvenate, we incorporate this modality into treatments to increase benefit from the stretching it provides.  This stretching technique adds greatly to sports and deep tissue treatments.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE:  Most massage techniques aim to stimulate the body's muscles, however lymphatic massage specifically aims to detoxify the body.  The purpose of this is to encourage fluids to move through the lymphatic system, through the muscles and tissues, and toward the heart.  With increased lymph flow immune function is increased and harmful substances are removed from the tissue and neutralized in the nodes. This is a light pressure massage treatment and increases circulation as well.  Very enjoyable.
